My first WordPress account was set up while at university. It was a compulsory activity that needed to be completed, and thankfully i had no idea what i was doing and barely understood why. That was nearly ten years ago, and a lot has happened since then.
I finished my degree with a major in Politics and International Relations, and minors in History and Writing. I have finally been able to exit the mining industry after 29 years, and i now work as a Process and Systems Trainer delivering training and creating e-learnings for inhouse customers.
Thankfully due to YouTube and WordPress podcasts, i now have a basic understanding of how WordPress works.
I have no intention of being the next great Blog or Website, but i am now finally enjoying and sometimes understanding what the process and the purpose is in the development and maintenance of my own webpage.
I doubt whether this site shall be very static, or overly exciting but it does give me an alternative which will challenge me to keep up with technology and a broader community of fascinating people and ideas.
This site and these pages are always intended to be in a state of change as i learn, add and adapt.
